Our Team
Our team consists of qualified Social Workers and certified Personal Support Workers (PSW's), who are licensed, trained and insured. We specialize in providing social work counselling and attendant care support to individuals and families whose lives have been changed and affected following a MVA and often resultant traumatic injuries. We are experienced in working with individuals living with brain injuries and spinal cord injuries which can at times be further compounded by severe orthopedic injuries.
All of our PSW's are recruited on the basis of experience and personal qualities which instill confidence in their ability to provide a dedicated and professional service to clients and families.
Our team of certified PSW's have undergone additional development and training including the brain injury program, nonviolent crisis intervention training and the gentle persuasive approach to caring for individuals with responsive behaviours. They also receive on the job training supported by an experienced worker who is knowledgeable of the individual needs of the client.
We are committed to the delivery of quality client care.
